During
this cruise we shall sail past Valletta, Malta's Capital City, the Grand Harbour
Entrance, Marsascala Bay, St. Thomas Bay, Island Bay and Peter's Pool, past
Delimara Point and Marsaxlokk Bay, Malta's largest Fishing Village past the
Blue Grotto, giving you a view of these fascinating colourful caves. The boat
also cruises past the imposing Dingli Cliffs with the little island of Filfla
and past some of Malta's most popular sandy beaches. A particular attraction
is Anchor Bay. This rocky cove incorporates 'Popeye Village', the actual set
of the film 'Popeye' which was shot on location. We also cruise past Mellieha
Bay, St.Paul's Island, where St. Paul was shipwrecked in 60 A.D. Then onto Salina
Bay, St. Andrews, The Casino, the picturesque St.Julian's Bay. We stop at the
Island of Comino in the Crystal Clear Waters of the famous Blue Lagoon.
A Buffet Spread and Wine is served. The rest of the day is spent sunbathing and swimming, one may also go ashore to roam around the Island and swim. Optional Speed Boat Rides visiting the Caves of Comino (the cost is Lm 3.00 for adults and Lm 2.50 for children under 12 years. Returning to Sliema at approximately 5.30 p.m. (Summer).
Sailing
to Gozo, Comino & the Blue Lagoon
The sailing boat departs from the Sliema Marina
and cruises North westwards towards Gozo. We drop anchor in secluded bays in
Gozo at approximately 11.15 a.m. En-route one sees the panoramic cliffs, coves
and inlets. The rest of the morning is spent swimming, snorkelling or just sunbathing
and relaxing on the large decks, while our stewards prepare a delicious Buffet.
After lunch we sail towards Comino, where we drop anchor in the beautiful Blue
Lagoon and spend the rest of the afternoon swimming in the magical crystal clear
water of the lagoon. Fresh Fruit is served before we leave the Blue lagoon.
Masks and Snorkels are available on board Free of Charge.
This
Cruise is specially programmed to give the maximum time in Comino to enable
you to make the most of the unforgettable crystal clear waters of the magical
Blue Lagoon. An ideal day out. This cruise passes both sides of Sliema, St.
Julians, the Casino, St. Andrews, Salina Bay, St. Paul's Bay and the island
where St. Paul was shipwrecked in 60 A.D., Mellieha Bay and Comino's famous
Blue Lagoon. Optional Speed Boat rides visiting the caves of Comino are available(cost
is Lm 3.00 for adults and Lm 2.50 for children under 12 years). The rest of
the day is spent at one's own leisure sun bathing or swimming off the boat or
going ashore to the small white sandy beach. A cold Buffet Spread, including
wine is beautifully served. We leave at approximately 3.00 p.m. to arrive at
Sliema Marina at 5.30 p.m. (Summer).
The fully rigged square sail gaff rigged schooner,
departs from Bugibba daily at 10.00 a.m. You spend a relaxing day at sea cruising
and sailing to the most scenic bays in Malta, Gozo and Comino. We do not have
a fixed programme, we sail according to the prevailing weather conditions. We
stop for swimming/snorkelling in different bays and also visit the famous Blue
Lagoon in Comino (weather permitting). A superb lunch is served during one of
our stops. The Open Bar on board provides spirits, beer, minerals and wine throughout
the day>
Our
large sailing catamaran departs from Sliema at 10.00 a.m. You spend a relaxing
day at sea cruising and sailing to the most scenic bays in Malta, Gozo and Comino.
We do not have a fixed programme, we sail according to prevailing weather conditions.

A detailed commentary will unfold the history of Valletta and the Three Cities connected with two Great Sieges of 1565 and 1942, as well as all the other places of interest including the historical forts, battlements and creeks which can only be admired from the sea. The Harbour Cruise is renowned for its detailed commentary. We cruise into every creek showing you the closest possible views. A fully stocked bar and toilet facilities are available on board.
Daily
departures from The Strand, Sliema. Discover the wonders of the world beneath
the sea around the scenic Sliema Coast - seated below the surface in the observation
keel. Each trip has a duration of over an hour and every passenger has a viewing
time of approximately 20 minutes.
